Hype, Drink Water, Unleash Your Power

Ride highlights, five category 1 climbs strategically placed among seated flats.  On the flats, use allegro sections to add resistance and pick up the pace.  On adagio sections, maintain resistance and relax pace.  Enjoy!
Legend:  60-64 RPM (Category 1 climb) CAT 1
               65-69 RPM (Category 2 climb) CAT 2
               70-74 RPM (Category 3 climb) CAT 3
